2nd time back at this very special place and it felt like coming home. It's been warmer than thought too, there's a nook by the pool where one feels no wind - perfect for resting during lots of drugs and after an egg collection - feeling the warmth of the sun of my skin (vit D! :)) I honestly believe this villa is playing an instrumental part of 'forced' 🤣 relaxation and helping improve my well being...

If you are going through the journey of IVF, having as less to stress about as you can is very important, we found our time here on both occasions vital to that ideal. Would highly recommend this...

I enjoyed a short stay at the villa in October 2023 as I was just over to sign paperwork at Ark. I wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and am so happy to decided to stay here. I actually had the whole place to myself for my trip and felt totally safe here. The pool was amazing as are the facilities. THE SELF CATERING SUPPLIES FOR BREAKFAST WERE FANTASTIC. I am not one to usually write reviews, let alone a long one but I felt it important to let others know, how STAYING AT VILLA ZEN KYRIAKOS, has helped my overall wellbeing, mental attitude and given me hope on a bumpy journey.
Like many I was anticipating when I should book accommodation for Greece. The prices for anything with a pool around Greece in June was astronomical! From a previous journey to Greece... ... Thank you so much to Kyriakos for making the journey so stress free. He cares very deeply about all of us IVF ladies and was very brave with his vision in providing us all with this Zen Villa. Got home yesterday, after an amazing two and half weeks staying here. It was such a lovely relaxing experience, so lovely to be around other people going through the same things. The villa is lovely, so spacious with lots of spaces to relax, we have made some friends for life 🥰
Kyriakos is so helpful and friendly and it was really reassuring having someone who knew exactly where the clinic as was, as well as giving us all the top tips for when we went into Athens. We also had two amazing BBQs during our stay with the biggest steaks 🥩 we have ever seen. We are missing the villa already 🥲

This was our first stay at Villa Zen after it coming highly recommended, we stayed in total of 10 days for our first cycle at Serum after 4 failed rounds in the UK.. for anyone travelling abroad for treatment it can be quite daunting but everything just fell into place for us and it was perfect 🥰.... ....THE ORGANIC EGGS 🥚

Last few hours here at
Villa Zen Kyriakos before heading back home. We have been here for 2 weeks and have enjoyed every minute of it.
We stayed near Ark Clinic on our first visit but the Villa was so much more peaceful, quiet and lovely to wake up to the birds singing.
We had all the facilities we needed for a long stay, self catering, en-suite, washing machine, outdoor drying space, own balcony and our host Kyriakos even hosted a lovely bbq
The pool and outdoor sun lounging space was great and my husband took full advantage of it. As on our last visit we didn’t have this.
The town/village is about a 15 min walk with supermarket, cafe and restaurants with uber available but Kyriakos was on hand to do local runs

Stayed here for 8 days for my 3rd trip to Athens and it was incredible. The villa was beautiful with lots of space and very nice scenery. I had the most peaceful sleep here and wished I could stay longer. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable.....
.....There are plenty of restaurants near the square and I ate at two of them which were so good.
The villa is near to the airport and is great for flying to the islands. The outlet mall is also very near and shopping is much better than the city.
Kyriakos provided very good transport service both to the airport and into the city. I really love staying at the villa and look forward to coming back in future.

For anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Athens for IVF, I totally recommend Villa Zen Kyriakos. Zen is the word. Fresh air, fresh free range eggs from the neighbour, and very relaxing. Kyriakos is lovely, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need.

Highly recommend staying at Villa Zen (Kyriakos) I stayed at the villa for two weeks during my treatment recently and Kyriakos was so helpful and accommodating. He gave me peace of mind so I didn’t need to worry about getting to and from the clinic. Also suggesting great restaurants and places to visit. The Villa was a lovely place to stay, very quiet and relaxing with great views!

Stayed in the villa for 4 nights, felt very welcome & relaxed, grounds are amazing as are the views. It's a very peaceful & relaxing environment & the room we were in was so beautiful, comfy bed & lots of space. Kyriakos was always on hand if we need anything & always happy to help. Would definitely recommend staying.
