Definitely recommend a stay here! So relaxing. Close to Athens city and airport. Kyriakos, who oversees everything, couldn't be more helpful. Airport and ferry pickups can be arranged. Paiania, the local neighbourhood, is like a village within a city with lots of cafes and restaurants. I hope to come again with family and friends!

Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality! The villa is well kept and hosts will always go above and beyond to cater for the guests who stay. If you are going through the journey of IVF, having as less to stress about as you can is very important, we found our time here on both occasions vital to that ideal. Would highly recommend this as a destination to provide you with everything you need while going through the process. Thanks again!

I enjoyed a short stay at the villa in October 2023 as I was just over to sign paperwork at Ark. I wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and am so happy to decided to stay here. I actually had the whole place to myself for my trip and felt totally safe here. The pool was amazing as are the facilities. The self catering supplies for breakfast were fantastic. Kyriakos was so helpful, gave me a tour of the town on arrival and stopped off at the shop for me to pick up some food. I definitely recommend the villa for anyone going for IVF treatment

Stayed here for 8 days for my 3rd trip to Athens and it was incredible. The villa was beautiful with lots of space and very nice scenery. I had the most peaceful sleep here and wished I could stay longer. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and I'm extremely picky about my bed. The pool looks very inviting but it was too cold during my stay to use it. I can only imagine myself in it in summer, looking at the scenery. Breakfast variety was good and I could prepare whatever I fancy every morning. The supermarket is not far from the villa and it was lovely to walk there to buy things. I also love sitting in the square next to the church and enjoy my freddo espresso while people watching. There are plenty of restaurants near the square and I ate at two of them which were so good. The villa is near to the airport and is great for flying to the islands. The outlet mall is also very near and shopping is much better than the city. For anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Athens for IVF, I totally recommend Villa Zen Kyriakos. Zen is the word. Fresh air, fresh free range eggs from the neighbour, and very relaxing. Kyriakos is lovely, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need.

Highly recommend staying at Villa Zen (Kyriakos) I stayed at the villa for two weeks during my treatment recently and Kyriakos was so helpful and accommodating. He gave me peace of mind so I didn’t need to worry about getting to and from the clinic. Also suggesting great restaurants and places to visit. The Villa was a lovely place to stay, very quiet and relaxing with great views!

Stayed in the villa for 4 nights, felt very welcome & relaxed, grounds are amazing as are the views. It's a very peaceful & relaxing environment & the room we were in was so beautiful, comfy bed & lots of space. Kyriakos was always on hand if we need anything & always happy to help. Would definitely recommend staying.

I have just returned home to Ireland after a blissful stay at Villa zen . From previously staying in crazy busy central Athens this was the perfect Haven to relax while undergoing our treatment . The Villa is beautiful , so well looked after , we felt so at home . The weather was so cold but the Villa was super cozy , woke up on crispy mornings to the heating on . The bed was hands down the comfiest bed iv slept in. I’m so glad we chose to stay here , it was just what I needed after my embryo transfer. The views are stunning and Kyriakos is only ever a text away to answer any questions. Thank you for creating such a beautiful safe space for us couples going through ivf .

Me and my partner stayed for 6 nights. The views are amazing! Waking up to that is just heaven. Room was very spacious. Ideal place if you also want to relax and chill without any worries. The pool look amazing! But too cold for me 😂

I have been travelling to Athens for the last 2 years now for IVF and we were lucky enough to find Kyriakos on our very first trip. From the moment we arrived in the airport to when we travelled home we felt in safe hands and all the stress and worry about getting back and forth to the clinic was taken away. For my recent stay in Athens last week, I stayed at Villa Zen. All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful and calming place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious with a lovely balcony, the beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and even has egg white drinks in the fridge (for those of you who have had egg collections and been told to eat 7 egg whites a day, you will know what I mean, if not then now you know a good tip – you’re welcome!). There is also separate personal boxes in the fridge if you need to refrigerate medication. He really has thought of everything! The outdoor space is large with a beautiful pool and I cannot wait to go back in the summer for my next treatment and relax in the sunshine by the pool. I was working during my time at Villa Zen and Kyriakos set up my own personal office room for me so I could take online meetings. Privacy was respected at all times during my stay. I really could not have asked for more. Kyriakos is a kind, thoughtful, caring and very reliable man who I now think of as a friend. I would highly recommend Villa Zen and Kyriakos taxi service for anyone heading to Athens for IVF treatment, you will be so looked after…. Collapse

I will start by saying I wish I could add pictures to my review because you need to see it to know how amazing this place is. We came to Greece nervous about the medical journey ahead of us. As soon as we met Kyriakos we knew we would be safe and didn't have to worry about finding great hospitality. He was there as soon as we came out of the airport and his kind and friendly demeanor put both my husband and me at ease. During the drive, he told us about the city and answered any questions we had. Arriving at the villa and we were blown away by how beautiful it is. So green and lush. The villa is huge and the kitchen is well equipt. We had a room facing the pool and woke up to the most amazing view every morning. He was always on time for all the pick-ups we needed and offered to take us to other places that we hadn't thought to book transport for. Overall we felt safe and welcome and our privacy was greatly respected. I would recommend this villa 100 times over.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Zen. Its heaven on earth 🙂 a relaxing place like no other. I was working while I was there the WiFi is great and lots of private working spaces available. The neighbourhood is safe and it’s a short walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend to others..

Hi ladies ! Our lovely taxi man kyriakos has theee most amazing apartment! He had another run to do today, so he had another driver pick us up and take us to the new apartment and he then came back to take us on to ours! The pictures do not do it justice! It is superb , so spacious, homely and luxurious . We are gutted we booked elsewhere 😅😅😅😅 it’s massive and we felt like we were on escape to the chateau 😅 defo going to book it when we come back for our transfer after new year . I didn’t want to leave 😅 I 100 percent recommend , if you like the pics, wait til you see the real thing 😍 kyriakos thank you for being so very kind and allowing us to spend time at your amazing apartment 🙂 🇬🇷

I stayed at Villa Zen for 11 nights earlier this month. I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the comfy beds to the breathtaking views, it’s amazing. Kyriakos kindly arranged for a 1-2-1 private yoga session to help me further relax and unwind. I was working during part of my stay and had plenty of room to do so. We had gone to the local shops about 10 mins walk away and bought lots of fresh groceries and were able to cook our own meals in fully equipped kitchen. What was lovely about our stay is that I felt completely relaxed and didn’t have a worry in the world, it felt like I was in a retreat. There’s also a beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks incredible views. Villa Zen is beautiful. Super relaxing and has a very calm atmosphere. Just what you need when going through the stresses of IVF. It’s located 15 mins from the airport and about 18 mins drive to Serum clinic. Highly recommend and I will be staying here again 🙂 The pictures do not do it justice!

Hi all, I've just got back from my 8th cycle. This time I flew out for one egg and I have my embaby on board. I wanted to share my wonderful experience of staying at Kyriasko's Airport Lifts accommodation; Villa Zen Kyriakos. The villa is stunning, it feels very spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. My absolute favourite thing was the peace and quiet, especially at night time. My room overlooked the pool and I could literally hear the palm trees swaying. I slept so well. I loved spending days in the huge open plan kitchen and living room, with a super comfy coach. I shared the villa with just one other couple who were just fabulous. We chatted and supported each other, and I didnt feel lonely at all, which is something I'd worried about. The villa is within walking distance of a lovely village, so I walked there every day. There is a lovely square next to a church, with outside seating cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and fruit shops. I ate at the Tavern (amazing seafood), the burger and Taco place (do wonderful salads & vegan burgers), as well as the souvlaki place. I also got all of my medication from the pharmacies. Kyriakos has also put menus in the villa so you can order takeaway, I ordered pizza one night. It was also super handy having Kyriakos on hand to take me to the clinic and airport, which are not far from the villa. I just let him know the day before and he organised his time to fit in with me. Kyriakos also took me to a huge shopping mall just 10 mins away from the villa.It's fantastic and I spent 7 hours there! It's set outside, so you can walk around in the sunshine and go in and out of shops, there's even a M&S food there! So many brands I knew like GAP, Zara, H&M, Nike. Then there is also a second half to the mall which is a Macarther Glen designer outlet village. There was a cinema and so many restaurants, cafes and a Mcdonalds for post transfer fries!
